A studio process. A single owner.
- Scope in a week, not a quarter. Screens, APIs, store/web targets, and a build order. You get a written plan before a line of production code.
- Build in public slices. Weekly demos. Git you can clone. Staging builds on TestFlight, Play, or a preview URL.
- Harden it. Tests, a11y, analytics, crash reporting, deep links, and the ugly edge cases (offline, WebView share, guest users).
- Launch and stay. Store / web release, then retainers for CodePush, defects, and the next feature.

Scoping takes about a week. A full mobile + web product ships in 8–14 weeks depending on scope. Shorter rescue/support engagements start within days.
What timezone do you work in?
I'm based in Gurgaon, India (IST, UTC+5:30). I regularly overlap with US, EU, and APAC hours and sync to whatever schedule works for your team.
Do you work alone or with a team?
I'm a solo senior engineer — no account manager, no junior dev rotation. You talk to me, I write the code, I ship it. For larger builds I can coordinate with your in-house team.
Can you take over an existing project?
